Saw cutting: Supplying cut Titanium blanks with a tolerance ranging from .060” to .125” on width and length,

Water Jet Cutting: With a print provided, water jet cutting can be beneficial when cutting irregular shapes and maximizing yield.

Trepanning: Gun drilling of rounds to create tube/ sleeves with an I.D and O.D.

Semi Finished/ Roughed parts: Titanium Services also provides parts “roughed” or with your first operation complete based off a provided print allowing improved machine time for finished part in turn becoming more cost effective.
